Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients through interviews, observations, tests, and medical history reviews, diagnosing patients accurately
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and prescribe medication as needed
• Consult with other medical professionals and psychologists
• Regularly follow up with patients to check progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Thoroughly document each patient's diagnosis, symptoms, medication, and treatment effectiveness
• Provide patients with emotional support and strategies to help manage their disorder
• Research new developments in psychiatry and mental health
