3. Mobility Support Help patients move, walk, transfer between bed and wheelchair.
4. Vital Signs Monitoring Check and report temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.
5. Bed Making & Cleanliness Maintain clean and comfortable patient environments.
6. Patient Observation Report changes in patient condition to nurses.
7. Emotional Support Provide comfort and companionship to patients.
8. Medical Equipment Assistance Help set up and clean basic equipment (e.g., bedpans, wheelchairs).
9. Documentation Record basic care activities and intake/output if required.
10. Transport Assistance Accompany or transport patients for tests or procedures.
