PSPM Senior Support

• Report Management: Ensure the efficiency and accuracy of reports and dashboards.
• PowerPoint Automation: Develop automated PowerPoint presentations to analyze trends, performance, and actions for management.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Work with various departments to gather and analyze data for reporting.
• Tool Implementation: Implement reporting tools and dashboards for improved data visualization.
• System Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain MIS systems to meet organizational needs.
• Support for Safety Management: Assist the Global Safety lead in preparing Safety Management Plans (SMPs) and other safety-specific documentation.
• Database Reconciliation: Support the Global Safety lead in reconciling safety databases when appropriate.
• Presentation Support: Draft and deliver safety presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in MIS, preferably within a CRO background.
• Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree, preferably in a life science field.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of PowerBI and SQL is an advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and coordination skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Independence: Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
