PS Analyst Role - Commerce Graduates

We are seeking a PS Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in commerce or finance and experience in customer interactions. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of financial products.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage in customer-based interactions, both orally and in writing.
• Interact with financial advisors to provide support and information.
• Handle inquiries and provide assistance related to various financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, and retirement services.
• Ensure all communications are clear, professional, and accurate.

Required Candidate Profile

• Qualification:
• B.Com, M.Com, BBA, and MBA Finance candidates only are eligible to apply.
• Experience:
• At least 1-5 years of experience in customer-based interactions (oral and written).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication (oral and written is mandatory).
• Exposure to financial products like mutual funds, insurance, and retirement services.

Compensation & Work Schedule

• Shift: Fixed shift from 8 PM to 4:30 AM.
• Work Days: Fixed Saturday and Sunday offs.
• Joining: We are looking for immediate joiners.
