Proposal Engineer_Reputed water treatment

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Engineer with 8–13 years of experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing techno-commercial proposals and supporting the pre-sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals for WTP, ETP, STP, and ZLD projects.
• Design and review PFDs and P&IDs for water treatment systems.
• Handle RO/UF design calculations and process optimizations.
• Conduct cost estimation, RFQs, and vendor evaluation.
• Participate in technical discussions with clients and support the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of proposals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
• 8–13 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater treatment project proposals.
• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and system design.
• Hands-on experience with RO/UF design, WTP/ETP/STP/ZLD costing, and PFD/P&ID creation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and meet strict deadlines.
