Property and Casualty TL / SME (back office)

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in a Property and Casualty (P&C) Team Lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME) role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the insurance or mortgage sector, particularly with managing complex back-office processes. This position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and excellent communication to drive team success and process efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a back-office capacity, with a focus on international processes.
• Manage and handle complex processes within the P&C, insurance, or mortgage domains.
• Utilize strong analytical and logical skills to optimize workflows and solve problems.
• Make effective decisions to ensure operational excellence.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience is required.
• At least 1.5 years of on-paper experience as a Team Lead.
• Must have a background in P&C, insurance, or mortgage, or have managed complex processes.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
• Good decision-making skills.
• The ability to handle complex processes.
• A strong understanding of analytical and logical processes.
• Education: A graduate degree is required.

Additional Information

• Salary:
• Up to 8 LPA for a Team Lead.
• Up to 7 LPA for an SME.
• Shift: US shifts.
• Transport: One-side cab is provided.
