Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Operations Manager for our Property & Casualty (P&C) Back Office operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international insurance or mortgage processes and a proven track record of managing complex operations and leading teams. This role requires strong decision-making abilities, excellent communication, and a knack for analytical thinking.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee back-office operations, specializing in Property & Casualty, insurance, or mortgage processes.
  • Manage and optimize complex operational workflows.
  • Apply strong analytical and logical processes to enhance efficiency and resolve issues.
  • Make informed decisions to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
  • Guide and mentor team members, with a focus on operational excellence.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 12 years of overall experience in international operations.
  • At least 2 years of on-paper experience as a Deputy Manager or Operations Manager.
  • Must have experience in P&C, insurance, or mortgage domains, or have managed complex processes.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
  • Proven decision-making skills.
  • Experience in handling complex processes.
  • Strong understanding of analytical and logical processes.
  • Education: A graduate degree is required.

Additional Information

  • Salary: Up to ₹14 LPA.
  • Work Schedule: US shifts.
  • Transport: One-side cab facility is provided.
