Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Retention

  • Identify and acquire new clients across the Southern region of India
  • Retain and grow existing client relationships through repeat orders and proactive account management

Sales Target Achievement

  • Own and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales revenue and market penetration

Team Leadership & Management

  • Efficiently manage and lead the sales team to ensure high performance
  • Mentor, coach, and monitor team members to achieve sales goals

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential clients to expand the customer base

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges
  • Provide consultative solutions to meet client requirements and enhance satisfaction
