Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Retention
- Identify and acquire new clients across the Southern region of India
- Retain and grow existing client relationships through repeat orders and proactive account management
Sales Target Achievement
- Own and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales revenue and market penetration
Team Leadership & Management
- Efficiently manage and lead the sales team to ensure high performance
- Mentor, coach, and monitor team members to achieve sales goals
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential clients to expand the customer base
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges
