Project Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project planning process for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct critical path analysis, resource loading, and risk assessments to optimize project timelines.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify potential delays and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior planning staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Masters preferred),NICMAR
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in project planning within the real estate or construction industry.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and other project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and project lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
