Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans for wedding events, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Coordination: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event components are aligned and executed smoothly.
  • Execution Oversight: Monitor all stages of event execution to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on event quality.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate event staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure efficient operations.
