Project Manager (Turnkey Waterproofing Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver turnkey waterproofing projects, including planning, execution, and handover
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, technical, and operations
• Liaise with clients, including JSW Plant In-House, to understand their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and progress

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the waterproofing or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of waterproofing technologies and materials
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel and conduct site visits

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to waterproofing
• Experience in managing large industrial projects, such as JSW Plant In-House
• Familiarity with project management tools and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
