Project Manager State Reform

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Hold a bachelor's degree from a reputed university; [mention if you have a master's degree as preferred].
• Possess 2 to 4 years of post-qualification work experience, including prior engagement with government stakeholders.
• Demonstrated a strong track record of project delivery and management, especially in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Skilled at analyzing complex problems, developing solutions, and making informed recommendations.
• Action-oriented mindset with excellent planning skills, capable of setting priorities, planning effectively, and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Hindi, enabling clear collaboration with government officials, district/bloc officials, and teachers.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with government stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing execution gaps in a timely manner by working closely with project leads to implement viable solutions.
• Prior experience or genuine interest in the education sector, public/development sector, consulting, or corporate environments.
• Mission-driven, optimistic, and enthusiastic, with a strong belief in achieving transformational change in education.
• Willingness to be based at the state site near stakeholders and the team, with openness to regular travel to Delhi and districts in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Haryana.
