Job Description

  • Lead global program execution by establishing project management frameworks with clear milestones, deliverables, and accountability.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment through governance reviews, decision-ready materials, and structured risk escalation.
  • Manage global reporting rhythms including dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries for full transparency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pipelines, remove blockers, and scale best practices globally.
  • Maintain program documentation, playbooks, and standardized execution processes.
  • Identify risks early, design mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth issue resolution.
  • Introduce process improvements through automation, tooling enhancements, and optimized metrics.
  • Support change management efforts by promoting the ATLAS vision and enabling regional adoption.
  • Provide actionable insights, scenario analyses, and forward-looking recommendations to leadership.

Experience & Qualification Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in project management and governance within global, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong governance and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • High analytical and problem-solving ability with a focus on converting data into insights.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Excel, Power BI).
  • Experience running governance frameworks, business reviews, and executive-level reporting.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized with strong execution orientation.
