- Manage and oversee residential real estate projects from execution to finishing.
- Conduct quantity surveying, RCC work, shuttering, and other construction-related tasks.
- Implement MIVAN technology in project construction processes.
- Coordinate site execution, construction management, and facility management activities.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Supervise site engineering and civil engineering operations.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
