Project Manager/ Project Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for aerospace programs.
• Develop project schedules, define milestones, and manage budgets and resources.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to meet project goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Ensure all deliverables meet aerospace industry standards and customer expectations.
• Prepare regular status reports and documentation for leadership and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in project management within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of engineering processes, supply chain operations, and quality control standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
