The Project Manager will lead end-to-end execution of defence platform projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and coordination across multiple workstreams including CNC machining, special processes, fabrication, and assembly. The role requires strong project management skills and experience in precision manufacturing, aerospace, or defence sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage defence and precision engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee multiple workstreams including CNC machining, special processes, fabrication, and assembly.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Implement risk management strategies and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Candidate Profile

• B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• 6–8 years of project management experience in defence, aerospace, or precision manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and project execution methodologies.
