Project Manager -PMP Certified

We are seeking a PMP Certified Project Manager to oversee end-to-end IT application projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, and will be an expert in project management methodologies. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can effectively manage project scope, risks, and changes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Management:
• Manage projects from initiation to delivery.
• Develop and execute project plans using methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
• Create and maintain key project documentation, including the Project Charter.
• Risk & Scope Management:
• Manage project risk and scope.
• Maintain a comprehensive risk log and rate log.
• Implement effective change management processes.
• Team & Stakeholder Management:
• Lead and collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.

Required Candidate Profile

• Certification: PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Experience:
• Relevant experience as a Project/Program Manager on the application side of IT.
• We are not looking for Service Delivery Leaders or Scrum candidates.
• Technical Skills:
• Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Expertise in preparing various documentation used in the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Problem-Solving Skills:
• Strong understanding of how to manage risks and scope.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to ₹14 LPA fixed + variable.
