Project Manager | Offshore

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution :

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning.

Team Leadership :

• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide support to team members as needed.

Stakeholder Communication :

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and changes.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment between technical teams and business units.

Risk Management :

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Budget and Resource Management :

• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to secure necessary resources.

Quality Assurance :

• Ensure projects meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives.
• Conduct post-project reviews to assess performance and identify lessons learned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education : Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience : [X years] of experience in IT project management or a similar role.
• Technical Skills :
