Inviting applications for the role of Project Manager, Microsoft Power Automate
A Power Apps Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects centered around Microsoft Power Platform solutions. This role entails working closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project objectives, gather and document requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and manage project timelines, resources, and risks. The Project Manager acts as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. They also handle governance, security policies, stakeholder communication, and user support coordination.
Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Lead project teams including developers, architects, and testers.
Coordinate meetings, manage project schedules, and maintain timelines.
Translate business requirements into technical plans for Power Platform solutions.
Implement governance, security, and compliance standards.
Monitor project progress, risks, and performance indicators.
Facilitate stakeholder reviews, feedback sessions, and provide regular updates.
Use project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid) and tools (Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira).
Ensure user support and technical troubleshooting during and after project delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong project management experience in IT/software development.
Experience managing Microsoft Power Platform projects (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Proficient in stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure services.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and handle escalations.
Knowledge of public sector or specialized industries is a plus.
Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Teams, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor%27s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field PMP certification preferred.
Solid understanding of project management best practices and methodologies.
Experience in managing digital transformation or data governance projects.
Preferred qualifications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services
Experience with .NET framework: C#
Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script
