Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Project Manager Lead to oversee all phases of our projects from initiation to closure. This role requires a leader with a strong understanding of project objectives, a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and the ability to effectively coordinate diverse team activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Take full responsibility for all aspects of project phases across the entire lifecycle: Initiate, Plan, Execute, Control, and Close.
  • Project Delivery & Objectives: Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, meeting client satisfaction. You must be familiar with the importance of project objectives and the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate activities.
  • Planning & Execution:Develop detailed project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, and develop a comprehensive project plan to track progress.
  • Coordinate with resources for the flawless execution and support of projects.
  • Monitoring & Control:Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Risk Management: Perform comprehensive risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Stakeholder & Client Management:Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Be a People Manager with experience managing at least 5 team members.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate work on project deliverables and/or work packages effectively. Foster a positive attitude and be a good team player.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Project Management Experience: 4+ years of experience in managing application BAU support, Rollout, and Change Request (CR) delivery projects.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in leading a project team.
  • Business Acumen: Solid business process knowledge background, with an understanding or hands-on experience in application support projects.
  • Project Methodologies: Good understanding of the project management lifecycle and various project methodologies.
  • Communication: A very good written and spoken English communication skills are a must, demonstrated by the ability to structure sentences clearly, concisely, and logically.
  • Availability: Willing to work in shifts.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude and a strong team player.
