Project Manager-JAVA Development Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional development teams and manage end-to-end SDLC
• Coordinate with stakeholders, architects, and QA for timely project delivery
• Plan, execute, and report project progress, risks, and KPIs
• Guide junior developers and manage stakeholder communication

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years in technical project management with Java development background
• Proven experience in leading 5–10 member teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Preferred certifications in Oracle Java and Agile methodologies
• Based in Mumbai, must have strong leadership and innovation mindset
