Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all civil engineering aspects of the plant construction project from planning to commissioning.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Prepare and review civil drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
  • Liaise with local authorities for permits, approvals, and inspections.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 10 to 24 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
  • Mandatory experience in F&B / Beverage / Bottling plant projects.
  • Proven track record in project management, site execution, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Attributes:

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience working with multinational clients or large-scale industrial setups.
  • Familiarity with lean construction practices and sustainability standards.
