Project Leadership

• Lead project teams to deliver outcomes within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints

• Ensure ethical, compliant, and professional conduct across all project activities

Project Team Management

• Manage day-to-day team activities and define roles and responsibilities

• Foster innovation, collaboration, and team capability development

• Inspire and empower teams to achieve successful project outcomes

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop project plans including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and quality requirements

• Implement change management processes and maintain project documentation

• Ensure alignment with organizational and program-level goals

Budget & Cost Management

• Manage project budgets and track forecasts vs actuals

• Control project costs and report financial performance

Governance & Stakeholder Management

• Establish governance frameworks and decision-making structures

• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships

• Ensure effective communication across all levels

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies

• Develop mitigation strategies and escalate when required

• Coordinate with other teams to manage interdependencies

Resource & Vendor Management

• Plan and allocate project resources effectively
