Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution Monitoring:

• Monitor overall civil construction works at site as the client's representative.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project schedules.
• Supervise daily progress and quality of workmanship.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and structural engineers to resolve site issues.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Project Tracking & Reporting:

• Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Report deviations and propose corrective action plans.
• Maintain DPRs, inspection reports, and regular progress updates for management review.

Quality, Billing & Compliance Control:

• Verify measurements and RA bills from the client's perspective before approval.
• Ensure material quality compliance as per specifications.
• Monitor adherence to safety standards and statutory requirements.

Risk & Cost Management:

• Identify potential risks, delays, and cost overruns.
• Recommend mitigation measures to ensure timely project completion.

Testing & Handover:

• Support testing, commissioning, snag-list closure, and final handover of civil works.
