Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare Project Management Plans and detailed Project Plans
• Perform effort estimation and finalize project budgets
• Review projects at every stage of the project life cycle to ensure adherence to plans
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to motivate team members and support career development
• Prepare and manage project plans including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements
• Identify, negotiate, and manage project resource requirements within assigned projects
• Define and implement project Quality Plans and Risk Management Plans in collaboration with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Manage projects to ensure contractual obligations, key deliverables, and outcomes are met
• Coordinate with Senior Managers to ensure work is assigned, tracked, and completed on time and within budget
• Plan and manage projects in alignment with defined project management methodologies and contract terms
• Ensure effective governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Travel to domestic and international locations as per project requirements
