Project Manager

• The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful project management/ownership, juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. He/she is analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has strong writing skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and influence employees at all levels of the organization. We are looking for an individual that is excited about learning and building a career in e-commerce and can:
• Effectively communicate and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Project manage complex, multi-faceted projects.
• Take the initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
• Think and act strategically and tactically delivering measurable results.
• Drive and Develop deal sourcing for site-wide deal events such as seasonal events, monthly deal events, and holiday events, by improving deal sourcing experience such as process, criteria, guidelines, eliminating excess process for removing manual effort, and reporting on the result.
• Facilitate deal sourcing-related discussion and coordination among stakeholders
• across the company to manage all existing resources most effectively.
• Work closely with internal business teams to share goals and timelines, along with
• completion of performance reporting.
• Develop full program strategy, including program enhancements tied to yearly goals.
• Develop and track key performance metrics using Excel, and SQL
• Organize goals and deal sourcing metrics.
• Generally, work within a leadership organization to inform, get alignment, and escalate deal sourcing-related topics to leadership both verbally and in writing.

Skills and Knowledge

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience.
• Experience driving medium-large, cross-functional, projects within recognizably
• successful organizations in a comparable fast-paced environment. Experience with
• internet/e-commerce businesses is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and business challenges through analyzing and
• data. Experience with SQL is beneficial. Intermediate to strong Excel skills required.
• Proven ability to develop successful relationships with internal and external partners.
