Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing complex projects, a strong ability to lead teams, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Communicate project status, updates, and results to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-13 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or JIRA.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
