Job Description
- Execute large-scale educational or research-based projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Recruit, manage, and coordinate teams at various locations to ensure project goals are met.
- Interact with key stakeholders including government officials, school authorities, and internal experts to align project objectives and processes.
- Monitor field operations, manage logistics, and troubleshoot issues in real-time to keep the project on track.
- Travel as required to different project sites for supervision, training, and stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain accurate documentation and use computer tools (MS Office, etc.) for reporting and project tracking.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in MSW, MBA, or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing school-based projects, surveys, or large-scale research initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in computer usage, especially MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead field teams.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
