Job Description
Project Planning Execution :
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
Team Leadership :
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and engagement.
- Assign tasks, set clear goals, and track performance.
- Ensure effective communication across all team members and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication :
- Act as the main point of contact for project updates, ensuring transparency and regular communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, senior leadership, and team members.
Risk Management :
- Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and address potential issues that could affect project timelines or outcomes.
- Resolve project-related conflicts and roadblocks promptly.
Quality Assurance :
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and apply lessons learned for future improvements.
Budget and Resource Management :
- Manage project budgets, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and staying within financial constraints.
- Track project costs and prepare regular status reports on budget, timeline, and progress.
Qualifications :
Education :
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
Experience :
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in [industry type].
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
Skills :
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Certifications (Optional but preferred):
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Certification.
