Job Description

Project Planning Execution :

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely project delivery.

Team Leadership :

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and engagement.
  • Assign tasks, set clear goals, and track performance.
  • Ensure effective communication across all team members and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication :

  • Act as the main point of contact for project updates, ensuring transparency and regular communication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, senior leadership, and team members.

Risk Management :

  • Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and address potential issues that could affect project timelines or outcomes.
  • Resolve project-related conflicts and roadblocks promptly.

Quality Assurance :

  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and apply lessons learned for future improvements.

Budget and Resource Management :

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and staying within financial constraints.
  • Track project costs and prepare regular status reports on budget, timeline, and progress.

Qualifications :

Education :

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.

Experience :

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in [industry type].
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.

Skills :

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Certifications (Optional but preferred):

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Certification.
  • Agile or Scrum certifications.
