Project Management Associate

ZS's Program Management Expertise Center provides planning, delivery, and governance expertise to a wide range of clients and internal stakeholders. What You'll Do

• Update project performance summaries (e.g., financials, utilization, SLA metrics) regularly
• Own PMO processes and tools (e.g., project charter, ticket management system, issue management, communication and reporting, knowledge management, etc.)
• Prepare & maintain weekly adhoc tracking reports
• Facilitate continuous improvements leveraging various internal assets in consensus with key stakeholders
• Maintain project documents repository and ensure timely updates and version control
• Coordinate with team members to track adherence on project processes (e.g., project status on ticket management system, etc.)
• Follow-up with client's PMO team on any issues with the PMO tools/processes shared across ZS and client (e.g., ticket management system, etc.) and work with them on updating and sharing performance summaries with key stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• Graduate/post-graduate in any discipline with 1 to 3 years of experience in project management experience
• Prior experience with program and PMO activity for large business transformations, or implementation of Digital strategy; experience managing large PMO vertical and client accounts
• Any Life Science, Healthcare, Pharma or Consulting experience is a nice to have; Insurance or Finance industry experience also a plus
• Strong understanding of project management phases, techniques, tools & reporting
• Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies
• Strong knowledge of PMI and Agile project management standards and terminologies

Additional Skills

• PMI/PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification desired
• Ability to understand projects KPIs and SLAs
• Experience managing multiple projects at once and ensuring priority of issues and risks
