Minimum of 8 10 years of project management experience in a technology environment.
Previous management experience with the ability to mentor/coach technical and consulting staff.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, E&C, Instrumentation engineering or related field.
Experience in managing projects for life science customers including GxP related applications.
Strong in Project Planning, budgeting, estimation, tracking and status reporting.
Managing escalations, Risks, issues and stakeholder management.
Experience with providing presentations to clients and prospects.
Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills, anticipating and solving issues before they occur or become critical.
Ability to establish and grow strong relationships with customer's project team and sponsors.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, especially conveying complex information in an understandable manner.
