Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Interact with customers to understand project objectives and business expectations.
  • Manage customer relationships, handle escalations, and resolve project-level issues.
  • Plan, execute, and track projects; communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Establish customer requirement and change management controls.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, process standards (e.g., ISO), and project governance.
  • Obtain necessary approvals/sign-offs for project plans, requirement models, and deliverables.
  • Safeguard customer-supplied artifacts and software licenses.
  • Prepare, maintain, and adhere to the Software Project Plan (SPP).
  • Initiate projects: kickoff, induction, audits, milestone reviews, closure, and archival.
  • Tailor software life cycles to project needs, ensuring compliance with quality management standards.
  • Work with Architects, Tech Leads, Analysts, and Designers to establish project-specific standards, templates, and guidelines.
  • Monitor project progress, implement corrective/preventive actions, and obtain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Review project execution effectiveness across all phases.
  • Ensure realization of committed project revenue and optimal resource utilization.
  • Coordinate cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Guide and mentor team leads and development teams to perform effectively.
  • Promote team collaboration, learning initiatives, and employee satisfaction.
