Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Interact with customers to understand project objectives and business expectations.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure project success.
- Handle escalations and resolve project-level issues.
- Manage all customer interactions and communication effectively.
Project Planning & Execution
- Plan, execute, and track project activities ensuring stakeholders are updated on progress.
- Establish requirement management and change management processes.
- Ensure adherence to contractual terms, compliance, and agreed conditions.
- Obtain necessary approvals and sign-offs for plans, requirements, and deliverables.
- Ensure proper handling and return of customer-provided assets and licenses.
Project Governance & Process Management
- Prepare and execute Software Project Plan (SPP) and ensure adherence.
- Manage project lifecycle activities including initiation, kickoff, audits, milestone reviews, closure, and archival.
- Establish and tailor project lifecycle processes (QMS) and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with Architects, Technical Leads, Analysts, and Designers to define standards, guidelines, and templates.
- Monitor project progress and take proactive corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure effective reviews across all project phases.
Financial & Resource Management
- Ensure realization of committed project revenue.
- Optimize resource utilization across the project.
- Support cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Guide and mentor team leads and development teams.
- Collaborate with enabling functions for smooth project execution.
- Foster team collaboration and support learning initiatives.
- Ensure employee satisfaction and team engagement.
