Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Interact with customers to understand project objectives and business expectations.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure project success.
  • Handle escalations and resolve project-level issues.
  • Manage all customer interactions and communication effectively.

Project Planning & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and track project activities ensuring stakeholders are updated on progress.
  • Establish requirement management and change management processes.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual terms, compliance, and agreed conditions.
  • Obtain necessary approvals and sign-offs for plans, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Ensure proper handling and return of customer-provided assets and licenses.

Project Governance & Process Management

  • Prepare and execute Software Project Plan (SPP) and ensure adherence.
  • Manage project lifecycle activities including initiation, kickoff, audits, milestone reviews, closure, and archival.
  • Establish and tailor project lifecycle processes (QMS) and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Technical Leads, Analysts, and Designers to define standards, guidelines, and templates.
  • Monitor project progress and take proactive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure effective reviews across all project phases.

Financial & Resource Management

  • Ensure realization of committed project revenue.
  • Optimize resource utilization across the project.
  • Support cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Guide and mentor team leads and development teams.
  • Collaborate with enabling functions for smooth project execution.
  • Foster team collaboration and support learning initiatives.
  • Ensure employee satisfaction and team engagement.
