Project Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Interpret prints, drawings, and data from VSG and vendors; update systems via Oracle ERP and Synchrono Manufacturing Management to ensure accurate data.
• Coordinate with key personnel to collect information and optimize the timing of product release and material usage.
• Manage manufacturing and product changes through approved Change Orders (COs); prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), special jobs, and archive documentation.
• Maintain and update the PIM database to reflect product changes, error corrections, and commercial requirements.
• Drive process optimization to enhance accuracy and timeliness of product releases.
• Identify inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions to eliminate waste.
