Key Deliverables:

• Lead end-to-end execution of electrical busduct projects across locations
• Drive cost optimization while ensuring adherence to project timelines
• Coordinate with sales, design, and factory teams to streamline delivery
• Ensure post-installation support and smooth project handover to clients

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise project teams and mentor contractors for on-site efficiency
• Maintain compliance with IMS, BE, Kaizen, and electrical safety norms
• Integrate feedback to improve design and execution quality
• Manage documentation, billing, and after-sales communication
