Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee construction activities at the project site
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and contractors
• Manage site execution activities to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
• Monitor daily site operations and ensure adherence to safety and compliance protocols
• Handle on-ground manpower efficiently in a contract-based setup
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting for project progress

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 2 to 5 years in project execution, preferably with a contract-based construction company
• Strong leadership and site management skills
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations
