Project Development Technical Leader

Key Deliverables:

• Lead product development lifecycle across mechanical, electrical, software, and validation teams
• Drive complete PLC management and ensure timely release of BOMs/specs
• Oversee traceability, requirement coverage, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain centralized planning via RTC work packages and dashboards

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional delivery, ensuring alignment between system, HW, and validation streams
• Monitor work progress, reprioritize tasks, and resolve technical issues
• Ensure test coverage and non-functional requirements are validated pre-release
• Use strong communication and negotiation skills to lead technical teams effectively
