Project Cyber Security Manager

To qualify for this role, you'll need a strong background in information technology and cybersecurity, coupled with relevant experience and skills.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Education: A university or engineering degree.
• Total Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in information technology and security.
• Hands-on Experience: Direct responsibility for hands-on architecture, design, and development.
• Cybersecurity Management: Experience related to the general management of cybersecurity, including the deployment of security technologies.
• Management Skills: Proven ability in managing quality, cost, and delivery.
• Risk Analysis: Familiarity with methods of cybersecurity risk analysis.
• Information Security Knowledge: Knowledge of various information security areas such as risk/vulnerability assessment, threats, recovery, risk & compliance reporting, identity management, and intrusion detection/prevention.
• Cybersecurity Standards: Knowledge of cybersecurity standards like ISO 2700X, IEC 62443, and NIST.
• Security Products & Protocols: Familiarity with security products and protocols.
• Industry Best Practices: Knowledge of industry best practices, methodologies, and tools in the field of cybersecurity.
• Communication Skills: Strong documentation (written) and presentation (verbal) skills.
• Collaboration: Ability to collaborate across traditional engineering functions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Work Ethic: Dynamic and autonomous, with the ability to work in a complex and cross-functional environment.
• Language Skills: Proficient in the English language.
• IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desirable Qualifications

• Cybersecurity Certifications: Certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, GSEC, or CISM are a plus
