Planning & Implementation

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Collect and analyze data on TB cases, treatment outcomes, and program performance

Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy

  • Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, healthcare providers, and community organizations
  • Advocate for TB awareness, funding, and policy support at local and regional levels

Capacity Building & Training

  • Provide training and support to healthcare staff and community workers on TB diagnosis, treatment, and prevention

Budget & Compliance Management

  • Manage project budgets, expenditures, and resources efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards

Reporting & Risk Management

  • Generate timely and accurate reports for internal teams and external stakeholders
