Project Coordinator (TB)

Planning & Implementation

• Develop strategic plans and objectives aligned with organizational goals
• Implement TB-related activities including screening, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care

Monitoring & Evaluation

• Establish monitoring mechanisms to track project progress
• Collect and analyze data on TB cases, treatment outcomes, and program performance

Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy

• Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, healthcare providers, and community organizations
• Advocate for TB awareness, funding, and policy support at local and regional levels

Capacity Building & Training

• Provide training and support to healthcare staff and community workers on TB diagnosis, treatment, and prevention

Budget & Compliance Management

• Manage project budgets, expenditures, and resources efficiently
• Ensure compliance with regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards

Reporting & Risk Management

• Generate timely and accurate reports for internal teams and external stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, including infection control and emergency response plans
