Project Coordinator (Consultant)

Coordination & Facilitation

• Act as the primary point of contact for field-level program activities
• Coordinate with local communities, health workers, and stakeholders
• Liaise with government authorities, medical associations, and relevant bodies to obtain permissions

Program Implementation

• Plan, organize, and implement clinical services and health camps
• Ensure program activities align with organizational standards and objectives
• Facilitate community mobilization and participation

Supervision & Monitoring

• Supervise field staff, volunteers, and health workers
• Monitor program quality and progress
• Identify operational challenges and implement corrective measures

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare regular reports on program performance and impact
• Document case studies, success stories, and lessons learned
• Submit timely updates to state and central teams

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with government departments, healthcare providers, and community leaders
• Represent the organization in meetings, workshops, and community forums
