Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Operations plan owners and BUCs to create, update, and quality-check BC Plans and BIAs in FusionRM.
  • Coordinate and track annual recovery strategy testing (Loss of Site, Personnel, Technology) with complete and auditable evidence.
  • Monitor data quality (owners, BUC coverage, contacts, dependencies) and ensure timely remediation.
  • Support training and awareness for plan role-holders (Plan Owners, BUCs, REPs).
  • Provide structured support during active incidents, coordinating with Crisis Management and Operations teams.

Required Skills:

  • Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
  • BIA / BCM / DR Testing
  • FusionRM knowledge (preferred)
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, PPT)
  • Project Coordination
  • Power BI / Alteryx (added advantage)
