Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, resources, and timelines.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and report updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and task lists.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Assist in budget tracking, resource allocation, and procurement processes.
- Support issue resolution by escalating challenges and proposing solutions.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) to manage tasks and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
