Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, resources, and timelines.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and report updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and task lists.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Assist in budget tracking, resource allocation, and procurement processes.
  • Support issue resolution by escalating challenges and proposing solutions.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) to manage tasks and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
