• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Define project baselines and monitor schedule performance
• Conduct critical path analysis and recommend mitigation plans
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
• Support resource and manpower planning aligned with timelines

Cost Estimation & Budget Control

• Prepare CAPEX and OPEX budgets with detailed cost breakdown structures
• Track project expenditures and perform variance analysis
• Implement Earned Value Management for cost and schedule performance tracking
• Generate cost trend analysis and recommend optimization strategies
