Project Control Analyst.

Essential Technical Responsibilities / Expectations:-

Must-Have Requirements

1. Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM (Must), Smartsheet, and Planview.
2. 8 -10 years of experience with project scheduling software.
3. Proficiency in planning and scheduling techniques, including creating project schedules, identifying critical paths, managing dependencies.
4. Develop and promote standardized planning methods and tools.
5. Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
6. Working experience and strong knowledge in customizing, preparing, and analysing project data, as well as preparing dashboards using analysis tools such as Primavera Analytics, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and clients.

Good To Have Requirements

1. Apply basic financial commercial knowledge to validate Revenue Margins and Cost elements prior to project setup in ERP.

2. Develop a macro level plan in consultation with vendors and Customer for Small medium sized Engineering, Supply Construction scope projects

3. Resource Utilization for Small Medium sized Engineering Supply scope projects.

4. Certifications in PMP (a plus).
