Program/Project Management Representativ

Summary:

As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. You will engage in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making to drive project success and enhance operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
• Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements
• Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and communication strategies

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
