Programmer Analyst II

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain system availability, including installation support at plant sites, user support, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Provide training and support to all plant locations, coordinating with installation teams and other facilities.
• Participate in the development and rollout of new system functionalities.
• Assist in creating guidelines, checklists, procedures, and training documentation.
• Ensure project schedules balance strategic developments with ongoing system enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and allocate appropriate resources to projects.
• Offer innovative ideas and suggestions for improvement; implement best-in-class practices and processes.
• Establish new measurement systems where applicable.
• Share knowledge and best practices across Jabil locations to promote organizational efficiency.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality with all data and proprietary information, both internal and customer-related.
• Interpret instructions delivered in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Perform effectively under pressure with shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all IT department functions.
• Support and understand the strategic direction of the business and IT.
• Appropriately manage all sensitive and confidential IT system information.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in SAP and IT system support.
