The Programme Delivery Officer (Trainer) at SIP Academy will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs to enhance participants' skills. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate and inspire learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for participants in the SIP Academy.
• Assess participant needs and tailor training programs to meet those needs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.
• Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to improve training materials and methods.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and program outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in training, teaching, or instructional design.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in creating training materials using Microsoft Office Suite and other educational tools.
• Ability to engage and motivate participants effectively.
