Job Description

  • Manage the KKM operations primarily in Bangalore as and when the programme expands.
  • Responsible for monitoring all centres on a daily basis. Would involve daily visits to the centres and field work.
  • Conduct audit of the centres.
  • Recruit and manage the centre manpower i.e. teachers.
  • Must conduct Community Development and child development activities.
  • Must ensure adherence to the programme guidelines in conducting module sessions, the curriculum, etc.
  • Liaison with the Donor representative with respect to the programme activities and report on a daily, weekly basis.
  • Conduct training sessions for the teachers.
  • Involve in administrative work, which involves, sourcing of centre locations, negotiating with the leasors, enter into lease agreements, etc.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS, reports as per donor and organisation requirements.
  • Must be able to present the programme to potential donors
